Terms of Use
Apple’s standard license and the conditions for using MotionMama.
License and operator
MotionMama is provided by HeftyKoo, reachable at heftykoo@gmail.com. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the license for the app. The information on this page explains MotionMama’s operation and purchase conditions; it does not replace or amend that EULA. Effective: October 28, 2026.
Supplementary viewing for adult caregivers
MotionMama provides nearby live video and movement alerts for adult caregivers. It does not measure breathing or vital signs, diagnose a condition, provide medical monitoring, or detect or prevent SIDS. It cannot replace adult supervision. False alerts, missed movement, connection loss, and operating-system suspension can occur.
Keep the camera device and all power cords outside the child’s reach and sleep space. Check the child directly if video pauses, alerts fail, or you have any concern. Use the app only where you have the right to use the camera and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
Device and service requirements
You need supported Apple devices, a camera on the baby station, a suitable nearby network, and the same iCloud Apple Account for identity verification. Initial sync and periodic identity refresh need internet; saved identities expire after seven days without a successful refresh. Apple purchase services also need internet for some operations.
Keep the camera app in the foreground and test the setup in your actual environment. Local networking, power, notifications, Apple services, device security, and operating-system behavior affect availability. Continuous background or wrist-down delivery is not guaranteed.
Trial, subscriptions, and lifetime access
Each baby-station device has one consecutive seven-day free trial starting when Baby camera is first selected. It requires no purchase and never automatically bills or renews. Parent receiving devices remain free. After expiry, continued baby-station use requires an active monthly or annual subscription or a lifetime unlock.
Apple shows the actual localized price, billing period, and purchase confirmation before you buy. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless canceled in Apple’s subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. A purchase during the free device trial starts immediately.
Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable unlock, not a promise that the app, supported hardware, or Apple services will exist forever. It does not automatically cancel any existing subscription. Apple’s purchase, cancellation, and refund policies apply, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Privacy and rights
The Privacy Policy explains local processing, private iCloud identity sync, purchases, and support correspondence. Do not send sensitive baby footage to support. These terms do not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy law. License restrictions, warranty provisions, liability terms, and governing-law provisions are those in the applicable Apple EULA and mandatory law.
